Home delivery: T-cat, HCT Logistics (Taiwan Island only)

Convenience stores: 7-11, FamilyMart (convenience stores on Taiwan Island and outer of Taiwan Island)

Shipping Instructions

After placing the order, it will be ship out around one working day, holidays excluded.

Delivery time is Monday to Friday

If there are too many orders during festivals and banking holidays or any case of force majeure such natural disasters the shipment will be delayed.

If you choose [Home Delivery]: The actual delivery status will be determined according to the route arranged by the home delivery driver

If you choose [Convenience store]: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS message and pick up the goods within 7 days after the arrival of the goods. 

Please do not failed to pick up the goods without any reason; If the freight loss is caused, it will be absorbed by the customer. 

Please consider to pick up your goods on a timely manner. Otherwise the customer will take charge of the transport fees.
