Appreciation hesitation period is not a trial period: According to the provisions of Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including national holidays) after receiving the goods. The appreciation period is for your referencing, viewing, tasting, and comparison. The appreciation period is not a trial period. You can request a refund within 7 days with return of products.
Returns are not accepted in the following situations:

The product has been opened or has been used (for example, the wrapping tape or box has been torn off).

Return Instructions
Returns: Please restore the returned item to its original condition and ensure that it will not be damaged during shipping due to packaging issues. Within 5 working days of submitting a return request, please go to the 711 or FamilyMart listed on the website for returns and mail out the item. If you have an expected delivery date, or need to change the return address, please contact HOWHITE customer service first.
Refund: After the products are received and confirmed, we will complete the refund/refund within 7-10 working days
Refund: If you pay by credit card or LINE PAY when ordering, we will refund directly to your credit card account. Refund amount calculation

Exchange Instructions
Only exchanges between the same product are provided. If the product has different sizes, colors and other styles, it is considered a different product and cannot be replaced. It needs to be processed as a return, and the customer needs to place a new order.
